Don't define weight macros for Roboto

The roboto package provides these itself since the 2019-04-05 version.

- Restore the thin/light/medium font families
- Add thin/light/medium univers aliases
- Fix the Math fonts

Always use Roboto for Greek letters.

LinotypeUnivers only offers three greek letters (Delta Omega and pi).
Missing greek letters are replaced by default latex mathfont causing
ugly discrepencies.

Preferential to use Roboto for the Greek symbols.

- Rename setter commands
- Reformat some code
- Make outline configurable
- Minor improvement to footer

- Remove commented code
- Change some tabs to spaces
- Change the descriptions of the fonts package
